[Suggestion] make easier settings for bravo when player less than 30

[spy steal information]

every time i see bravo 15-30 player has some people try to play the map but it's was very hard for them since people keep join , afks , new queue join become zombie  , human wait queue move too alpha

most of the time i the score is like 0-9 , 0-10 even in ez map with 30 player

so if u add like easier settings for people who want to play there or seed server there would be better
settings only active if has player less than 30 player in bravo server ( when 31+ settings will become like alpha)
- example ez settings give nades , decoy free at the start to all humans

also can give a new choice for people who do not love or tired for playing ze map
