how can I have the confidence to be able to lead ze map, besides that I also have problems communicating with other people, especially when I have to lead

jk the anxiety will stay there for a while until u get more confident on leading it, so if u are having problems communicating, just face it honestly. u have to adapt using mic and speak clearly at the same time do not lose confidence. chimajeak when u gonna lead? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)plebmata

u can actually go check my first lead on squid game on curq's channel, and compare to me right now leading its very different. so another way to be confident is to lead more

start with ez maps first like
ze_colors
ze_bathroom
ze_blue_zenith
ze_underseatemple 
start leading these maps, if u need help ill help a bit

-First start with detailed information when you starting to lead, more in depth  of whats going to happen early, not right the time you need to explain tons of stuff on current situation, do more future sentences of whats going to happens next,  so more people will be prepared and react to your own leading, 
-Second  Know what you going to do , do less mistakes on leading or it will caused a massive trim 
-Third mentally stable , seriously you need to remains calm on whatever situation is ,be more brave 
-Fourth practice giving a clean informations , less blabbering and more clearance in speaking you had to put it on your minds to not giving information that is useless for the map , be more situation focused 

tips :
- know well map Indepth ,  zm tp timer , defends positions, Multiple strategies(if one strat is not eough , find another to make teams easily beat the map),multitasking (calculate item CD for next POS, dont too focused in one thing , try to lead all situations all in one (need experience so take your time ) , future Tense explanation (so more people will be prepared on whats going on ), 
 by doing things so , more people will listen to you / trust you in leading  if you do less mistakes .
