CSGO surf Server bugs

> Whenever we use !lvl we are not able to see our stats .

!lvl is not installed on that server, im not exactly what you want to see in that?

!calladmin is also not setup yet, we will fix this.

!rtv will only show maps in the current tier, you need to nominate from another tier

This is due to the type of map chooser we setup, i'll change it to a more traditional map chooser and set it up so maps last around 30 mins. 

Expect these changes in the coming day!

These issues are fixed. Please let me know what other features, functions you want to see on the servers!.
